This Japanese Maple forest was originally created by the legendary Dennis Vojtilla. Using his erratic method of random seedling distribution, Dennis makes tray compositions that are unique and impossible to replicate. This forest was further evolved by Patty Myrick.
Multiple forests could be created by separating the major groupings of the current composition. Conversely, one larger forest could be built by restructuring the current trunk layout to form a phenomenal chuhin-sized Japanese maple forest composition. This is a genuinely rare opportunity to acquire scarless maples of similar proportion that allow for a group planting at such a small scale. If this does not sell Ryan will use it to create an episode of Behind the Branch next spring.
This is a true diamond in the rough as far as bonsai material is concerned.
