Shipping policy
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of order. A tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order ships. Large ceramics, all furniture, all tree stands and large orders may take an additional 2-3 business days due to custom packaging needed to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Tree Shipping: Only available in the contiguous 48 states.
Below are the types of tree shipping listed on each tree's description.
Fedex Expedited Ground: Generally small trees under 24" - Trees ship on Monday and there must be favorable weather on either side of the shipment. This can take weeks so please be patient.
2026 Mirai Covered Wagon Returns this Fall:
The Covered Wagon is Mirai's tree delivery service and will be leaving Oregon this Fall after the summer heat has subsided and making predetermined stops where clients can meet us to pick-up their tree purchases. This is not a home delivery service but a more economical option for collecting trees.
Rates for trees under 60" departing from Mirai are based on time zone and distance traveled. A deposit of $350 is taken at checkout for Covered Wagon trees. Final charges will be billed prior to delivery, and final stopping points will be communicated with the invoice.

The covered wagon headed east departs Mirai on Wednesday, October 21st and will be making the below stops. If you live along this route, we can make additional stops that do not divert from our path of travel where you can meet us to retrieve your trees. This covered wagon will follow the below journey.

Live in the South/Southeast? We have a sprinter van delivery service departing south from Solon, OH on Monday, October 26th making the below stops. Rates for this service starts at $1,250 per tree but can be less depending on number of trees added to the journey. Rate is dependent on distance traveled from Solon, OH. Sprinter van deliveries are home deliveries!

Need delivery outside of the above locations? Sprinter Van Delivery is available for trees and are transported, temperature-controlled, but still require some weather appropriate travel depending on the species. Driver's do not drive 24 hours a day.
Sprinter van delivery Pricing is a per mile charge plus fuel surcharge based on current industry rates which can be $2+ per mile departing from zip code 97053. If multiple trees can share the same transport vehicle, we will distribute the total cost based on the miles driven for each delivery. Final calculations will be billed prior to trees departing Mirai and scheduled with each individual.
If you need trees by a certain date Sprinter Van Delivery is your best option.

International orders have incoterms of DAP (Delivered at Place). International customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, VAT or additional taxes and fees.
