All shipping charges on trees reflect Covered Wagon prices. The Covered Wagon will be leaving Oregon September 6th and arriving in New York around September 12th making pre-determined stops where clients can meet us to pick-up their tree purchases. The tentative stopping points for the Covered Wagon include Boise, ID - Cheyenne, WY - Omaha, NE - Des Moines, IA - Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Harrisburg, PA - New Jersey and New York. Final Covered Wagon destination spots will be released once tree sale is finalized.
A separate Covered Wagon will be departing for Northern California in late Fall/early Winter 2020.
If your tree is available for common carrier shipment or if you would like to pick up your tree at Mirai, we will refund/bill you the difference on shipping costs once it is arranged.
If you are a Mirai student wanting to keep your tree on-site for future classes, or a client needing tree care until alternative tree delivery options are arranged, we offer boarding here at Mirai. Boarding invoices will be sent in mid-September at the rate of $35 per month. Boarding is billed annually and September 2020 billing will cover boarding from October 2020 - September 2021. If trees leave Mirai during the billing period, a pro-rated credit will be applied to your account, remaining full months boarding will be returned.
